Street Scan

Every assessed parcel on your street, ranked by assessed value per square foot.

Why a street

An assessor's neighbourhood is a polygon drawn for administrative convenience. A street is a unit you can walk. When the table says the house four doors down is assessed thirty per cent less per square foot, that is a claim you can check against your own eyes before taking it anywhere.

It does not rank by assessed value

The biggest house on the street ought to be assessed the most — a table sorted that way tells you nothing. Everything here is per square foot of what the county actually measured.
